An ancient philosophy stemming from India, literally translating as: “not two things”. This simple practice sheds light on the fundamental truth of the absolute oneness of everything in creation.

As  humans we normally view the world as a separate entity, thus creating a sense of separation between ourselves and the outside world. This biased viewpoint, (through a little investigation), can be revealed to be a false perception, once we allow the ego to loosen its constant sway over us.
